Summary: Two hundred years ago, this kingdom was threatened by an apocalyptic invasion from a powerful clan of frost giants. King Elric Tarmont rallied every male he could muster into an army that marched north to confront the giants. In the ensuing battle, the human army was completely slaughtered, but the giants were weakened sufficiently that a combined force of elves, dwarves, and humans from Greywall were later able to destroy the giant threat. With most of the male population of Westrock gone, Queen Tarmont and the women of the kingdom oversaw its transformation into a matriarchal society.
